Sandra is an experiential psychotherapist and sex and intimacy coach. Her training includes relational psychotherapy, trauma therapy, expressive arts, parent education, and sex and relationship coaching.
Sandra is passionate about helping people develop radical self-love and an embodied connection to their emotional, sexual, and creative cores. She is also passionate about helping to create authentic spaces where people can meet, play, and support each other to develop greater wholeness. She has found that non-judgmental acceptance and guidance helps people learn how to grow acceptance for the experiences they are having, and to create more fulfilling lives and relationships.
Her gifts as a facilitator are her perceptiveness, compassion, humour, gentleness, and capacity to be with a wide range and depth of experiences, both in herself and others.
Sandra is also a mom to two teens and loves to express herself in writing, art, dance and movement. You can learn more about Sandra HERE.
After two decades of developing and facilitating programs for various organizations, Ally is thrilled to have branched out on her own venture, Homemade Stew Productions.
As a Social Service Worker, Ally has built a diverse range of skills, including mindfulness meditation, active listening, working with strong emotions and feminist, anti-racist, anti-oppression facilitation. She has facilitated a wide range of workshops, support and educational groups including for Bisexual Women of Toronto, Supporting our Youth, Epilepsy Toronto and Wild Women Expeditions. She is a dedicated Human Awareness Institute (HAI) team member and regularly organizes workshops on the themes of love, intimacy and sexuality.
Ally is especially passionate about community building, bringing heart into anti-oppression perspectives and creating inclusive spaces for boundless self-expression! She loves to host and facilitate workshops about personal growth that expand people's ability to be authentic, intimate and empowered humans. It seems like she’s always working on some new art project; she loves to come up with her own designs and get messy making something fun. In Ally’s ideal world, all people would have access to what truly nurtures and feeds them, including feeling a deep connection to our sexuality, creativity, nature and wildness.
